Job Summary

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple lower-level Supply Chain Project Coordinators (SCPCs) and SCPMs providing leadership guidance, performance management, recruiting and staffing planning.
  • Your team will be accountable for the overall supply chain performance of the business unit or large, complex programs’ including cost, technical, schedule planning, and execution.

  • 11+ years of experience in operations or related area
  • Extensive knowledge of procurement processes
  • Expert contract management principles
  • Comprehensive experience across product lifecycle phases
  • Extensive experience in Program and Subcontract Management
  • Proficient in cost and schedule analysis
  • Expert in Design for Supply Chain (DFSC)
  • Extensive experience with DoD and Aerospace and Defense sectors
  • Expert in Risk and Opportunity Management
  • Expert in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to travel 25% to 50%
  • Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance
