Job Summary

  • Negotiate and draft complex development and production deals, including production committee agreements, music joint publishing and master recording agreements, and merchandising licensing agreements.
  • Share financial terms, contractual risks, and obligations for new acquisitions or productions with internal departments such as content, legal, finance, marketing, and licensing.
  • Work within the Business Affairs team, a part of the Content Group, driving content acquisition to support Crunchyroll's global growth and serving as the internal information hub for all contract terms.
