Job Summary

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel’s equipment, machinery, and systems, including chiller systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water treatment, boiler systems, and other mechanical systems.
  • Manage and lead a dynamic team, including outsourced service contractors, to provide quality services and to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including those relating to fire safety and government rules and regulations.
