This role will be an integral part of the team that designs, implements and sustains a comprehensive Musculoskeletal & Joint Reconstructive program.
The individual will participate as a key member and leader of the Orthopedic/Joint/Spine Surgical team, working to optimize physician satisfaction and cost efficiency.

Key Requirements
Three years of practice as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant
Previous administrative experience preferred
Strong previous performance in patient care and operations
Experience leading and directing talent
Strong ability to lead in a changing environment
PA-C by NPCCA required
Current mid-level provider license by the state of Colorado
BLS required
Bachelor’s degree required
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
