Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to implement and accelerate strategic partnership/business development projects to capture growth opportunities in the B2 Chain workshop business, leveraging the strength of the Castrol brand and workshop network.
Responsibilities include ensuring full compliance with HSSE and Ethics standards, implementing training and education programs, growing the new Castrol branded network, and managing product/service offers and customer relationships to generate new revenue streams.
The role requires achieving/exceeding Volume and GM targets for Chain workshop business, focusing on both sell-in and sell-out volume/value, and improving efficiency and productivity through effective resource application and customer-facing efforts.
