Job Summary
This internship is designed to address the under-representation of Black professionals in the energy industry by offering opportunities exclusively to candidates who identify with Black, Black British, African, or Caribbean backgrounds.
The role involves supporting financially vulnerable customers navigating formal debt solutions such as Bankruptcy, Debt Management Plans (DMPs), Debt Relief Orders (DROs), and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs).
Interns will process various formal insolvencies on the Kraken platform, liaise with external partners like Insolvency Practitioners and Debt Advice Organisations, and help maintain accurate customer records.
