The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving high volume inbound calls regarding Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF programs while ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
Employees will process applications, validate income, assess eligibility, and update cases within the State eligibility system during scheduled shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement alongside a base rate of $18.00 per hour.
