  • Responsible for creating an environment and assisting leadership in the timely and successful implementation of the Operational Excellence program at site.
  • Lead and support Lean Six Sigma projects to identify and eliminate waste, reduce variability, improve process efficiency and product quality.
  • Drive various Operational Excellence initiatives including maturity assessment, continuous improvement days celebration, and Kaizen workshops.
