Job Summary
The Senior Manager of NPX & Technical Sourcing Engineering leads a global team responsible for integrating sourcing strategy into product development.
This role bridges R&D, Procurement, and Operations to ensure technical sourcing decisions enable scalable, cost-optimized, and manufacturable designs.
Lead and develop a global team of DFX & TSE engineers, building capability in DFX, supplier engagement, and cost engineering.
