  • The Advance Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for conducting rounds on patients, performing assessments, coordinating and evaluating the plan of care, and implementing discharge plans at the direction and supervision of the Primary Physician within the scope of his/her practice permitted under South Dakota law.

Key Requirements

  • Master's-level PA program accredited by ARC-PA
  • Master's degree for CNP from accredited program
  • Minimum 2 years PA experience
  • Minimum 1 year CNP experience or 2 years RN experience
  • NCCPA certification upon hire for PA
  • Current CNP licensure by SD Board of Nursing
  • Current BLS and ACLS required
