You will act for leading global clients including Blackstone, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley across infrastructure, real estate, and bio-tech sectors.
The position provides direct mentorship from partner David Wilkie and senior team members while playing a leading role in negotiating and drafting transaction documents.

Must-have
3+ years post-qualification experience
Solid experience in private M&A transactions
Experience within a leading commercial law firm
