Job Summary
The Field Service Technician position will perform electro-mechanical work in a computer-based environment, assisting and troubleshooting with engineers, while working as a team, to test, install, start-up and demonstrate BW Converting equipment, along with training customers on the operation and maintenance of this equipment.
Work from assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, machine manuals, technical procedures and specifications to assist with or install new machines and upgrade as required; responsible for installations of various sections and complete machines and adjustments as necessary to ensure proper operation.
Create and sustain a safety environment that promotes a safety mindset, embraces training and adherence to safety policies and procedures, and encourages awareness and correction of safety hazards.
