Job Summary
The Front Line Leader – Powder Coat is responsible for supporting the Powder Coat production area and Supervisor to ensure policy, leadership, quality, on-time, and efficiency performance goals are met.
This position is approximately 20% administrative with daily responsibilities that include production reports, maintenance, production logs, attendance logs, and other responsibilities as assigned.
