Job Summary

  • Acts as a business partner to the site Director and key member of the site leadership team, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to drive Prysmian Performance System (PPS) and Kaizen culture.
  • Leads and drives Kaizen workshops/events ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved and ensuring measurable results linked with flow improvement and waste elimination for high volume/high revenue manufacturing product groups using Lean principles.
