Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
3-5 years financial analysis experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong understanding of financial statements
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice-to-have
Prior real estate industry experience
Experience with ERP platforms like SAP
Familiarity with data visualization tools
Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations
Progress toward CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification
