Job Summary
This role requires executing on one or more Payroll & Benefits processes, developing an in-depth understanding of systems, processes, and legislative rules with an emphasis on data integrity and analysis.
Individuals are responsible for the quality delivery of multiple payroll & benefit processes and service to the businesses, managing benefit/payroll queries and administering processes correctly.
The position involves managing service delivery metrics in relation to outsourced benefits/payroll and promoting 'Best in Class' service while developing effective relationships and working cross-functionally.
