Job Summary
Deeply understand the Pico AD market and discuss and formulate targeted quarterly business plans (regional characteristic strategies) with regional market leaders and sales management teams.
Build the regional AD-KOL system, manage and regularly visit KOLs and cultivate regional strategic speakers, and jointly build the AD specialized disease construction standardization diagnosis and treatment platform.
Ensure all daily sales work fully complies with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including but not limited to FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) and relevant anti-corruption legal provisions in mainland China.
