Job Summary

• The role supports effective investment oversight by coordinating information flows with delegated investment managers and service providers, maintaining oversight registers and documentation, and contributing to monitoring and reporting outputs that are accurate and audit-ready.
• Support the preparation of regular fund performance and integrated monitoring packs by gathering inputs (returns, holdings, risk metrics, commentary), completing first-pass checks, and formatting/quality-controlling pack outputs.

Key Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in funds management
• Foundational understanding of NZ Managed Funds
• Experience producing or coordinating recurring reporting packs
• Proficient in Excel and productivity tools
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Economics or Accounting
