Job Summary

  • This role will lead and develop the pharmacy team, strengthen in‑store visibility, and optimize commercial initiatives across the pharmacy network.
  • The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep knowledge of pharmacy operations, merchandising programs, and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Execute omnichannel marketing activities targeting HCPs through face‑to‑face engagement, remote calls, email, WhatsApp, digital platforms, and promotional meetings.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales or channel management

  • Experience with merchandising and shelf‑rental programs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
