Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (graduated prior to 2002) OR Master's degree in Physical Therapy (graduated prior to 2016) OR Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy or eligible for licensure
  • 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy (preferred)
