The role involves owning the BAU run, enhancement, and roadmap for Client 360 capabilities serving SLHK across Life & Health and Wealth & Protection domains.
Candidates must lead day-to-day engagement with consulting partners and ensure solution alignment with Asia/Enterprise Master Data Management capabilities.
Success is measured by delivering planned BAU releases on schedule with zero Sev-1 incidents post-release and achieving upward trends in adoption KPIs.
