Technicians are responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating complex medical sterilization and decontamination equipment with minimal supervision.
The position requires adherence to regulatory compliance, accurate inventory management, and acting as an advisor on technical matters concerning specialty equipment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3 years experience in sterilization equipment repair
AC/DC electrical knowledge and wiring diagram reading
Plumbing knowledge with piping diagram interpretation
Sweat copper pipe and create flare/swage connections
Calibration of temperature and pressure systems
Valid driver's license required for travel
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Steris, Amsco, or Getinge sterilizers
Experience mentoring other personnel
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to verbally explain sterilization cycles
Experience working with subcontractors and vendors
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in sterilization equipment maintenance
2-year degree in technical/electronics field or equivalent certification
Valid driver's license required
TRIMEDX Trained Certification or equivalent biomedical certification
