  • Guides, executes, tracks progress and ensures completion of multiple phases of the engineering or production work process effectively based on understanding state-of-the-art concepts in industry.
  • Research technical goals and/or problems and develop innovative and creative technical solutions, applications, approaches, procedures, control techniques, standards and opportunities for improvement considering future implications of problems and solutions.
  • Develop specific (long term) plans and KPI’s in order to drive reliability, efficiency and safety in area of expertise.
