Job Summary

  • The Global Category Product Manager will lead the strategy, innovation, operational and commercial performance of a critical global category at the heart of our Applied Water portfolio specifically for Motors, Drives and Intelligent Systems.
  • This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor leadership role for a product professional with deep experience in electric motors, drives, and motion-control technologies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business

  • Strong understanding of electric motors, VFDs/drives, efficiency standards
  • Proven ownership of product portfolios with revenue, margin, and lifecycle accountability
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills
