Job Summary
This position will drive leadership through providing direct sales and marketing support to the wider Asia Pacific region for the Hydraulics CAT Resource Industries Product line.
The role will lead long term strategy development with dealers to achieve the Hydraulic parts segment business plans and increased POPS (Percentage of Part Sales) for Asia Pacific parts products.
You will be expected to have the customer view proactively address the market and customer needs, identify linear and cyclical market trends, evaluate competitive impacts.
