Job Summary

  • To support and ensure clinical patient care leadership, provide clinical leadership to plan, coordinate and manage personnel and resources in order to provide the highest quality patient care with trained, professional and competent staff in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Collaborates with physicians, management and other healthcare professionals to assure the deliver of quality care and high patient satisfaction; Assures accurate reporting of census, acuity and staffing at predetermined times.
