Job Summary
The Refrigeration Equipment Operator – First Class is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining refrigeration systems that provide chilled water for the facility’s air conditioning systems.
This position also monitors the facility management system (METASYS), responds to system alarms, and coordinates with internal teams and contractors to resolve operational issues.

Key Requirements
First Class Refrigeration Equipment Operator’s License
Five (5) or more years of experience
Technical or vocational training preferred
CFC Certification and EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification strongly preferred
