Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3 years inspection experience in manufacturing
  • Blueprint and GD&T interpretation skills
  • Proficiency with measuring devices like micrometers
  • Ability to pass visual acuity exam
  • Intermediate understanding of Oracle and Microsoft apps

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with AS9100 quality system requirements
  • Knowledge of special processes like brazing and welding
  • Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing principles
  • Self-directed team environment experience
  • Customer requirements and audit experience

Key Requirements

  • High School Education or GED equivalency
  • 3 years inspection experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to obtain Braze, Weld and Solder inspection certification
  • Pass visual acuity exam upon offer
  • U.S. Person status (Citizen, LPR, Asylee, or Refugee)
