  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional incidents related to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C), ensuring site stability and availability.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Commerce Cloud using tools such as Business Manager, Script Editor, and OCAPI, and develop front-end and back-end components.
