The Custodial Floor Technician maintains the standards of cleanliness in accordance with operating procedures and adheres to all other University of Richmond policies and guidelines.
The role involves operating various types of equipment such as automatic scrubbers, wet/dry vacuums, carpet extractors, and burnishers to clean different floor types.
All Facilities employees are designated as essential personnel and are subject to work outside the normal work schedule on an emergency basis.

Salary
Pay Grade 2 ($16.01 to $19.21 per hour)

Key Requirements
High School degree or equivalent preferred
One year experience in custodial operations preferred
