Job Summary
This role has the opportunity to shape how continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence are embedded from day one in a new manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities include owning the site’s improvement roadmap, leading initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, and facilitating kaizen events.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
