Job Summary

  • An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Technologist to become part of our expanding Architectural team at ESA Architecture based in our Cardiff office.
  • You will be required to realize preliminary designs into a buildable solution involving all aspects of Architectural delivery and coordinating detailed information across all disciplines and providing a first point of contact to the site delivery team.

Key Requirements

  • HNC/HND in Architecture or Building Construction
  • BSc in Architectural Technology or equivalent
  • Membership of professional institution (MCIAT or equivalent)
  • Understanding of Building Regulations
  • Ability to obtain UK Security Check (SC)
