Job Summary
Support the ASM in meeting monthly and annual sales targets (volume, revenue, profit) by monitoring daily sales performance and identifying gaps.
Supervise and coach Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives, and field teams, ensuring adherence to call procedures and journey plans.
Build strong relationships with key outlets, wholesalers, and retailers, handling customer issues and supporting new account development.
