Job Summary

  • Support the ASM in meeting monthly and annual sales targets (volume, revenue, profit) by monitoring daily sales performance and identifying gaps.
  • Supervise and coach Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives, and field teams, ensuring adherence to call procedures and journey plans.
  • Build strong relationships with key outlets, wholesalers, and retailers, handling customer issues and supporting new account development.
