Job Summary
The supervisor-inbound is responsible for ensuring day to day efficient operation and all policies and procedures that are related to products being received into the warehouse are followed daily by effective use of associates, ensuring associates comply with all safety policies, and all products are checked for quality and accurate quantity.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily receiving processes, assisting employees when short-staffed, communicating with teams, reviewing and coaching associates, monitoring work and safety adherence, and issuing discipline when necessary.
