Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
7+ years of FM leadership experience
Experience managing IFM service providers
Deep knowledge of FM operations, real estate, and compliance
Experience with HSE, ESG, and Real Estate collaboration
