Job Summary

• As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized solutions for every guest and providing outstanding guest service experiences.
• Responsibilities include ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product knowledge, maintaining a clean environment, growing guest loyalty, and supervising Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence.
• Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.
