Vin’s Automotive Group is looking for a Creative Designer& Performance Creative Strategist who can create high-quality,high-performing creative assets for both organic and paid marketing channels. This is not a traditional graphic design role. We are looking for someone who can combine design taste,content instincts, marketing thinking, and performance creative strategy. Theideal candidate should be able to understand what makes people stop scrolling,click, enquire, visit a showroom, and eventually buy or lease a car. You will work closely with the Marketing, Branding, Sales,and Commercial teams to develop creatives across Meta ads, social media,websites, landing pages, showroom campaigns, car launches, roadshows, EDMs,brochures, and digital campaigns. The right person should be strong in visual design, but alsocurious about performance: Which creative gets more leads? Which hook performs better?Which offer is clearer? Which visual angle drives better enquiry quality? This role is suitable for someone who wants to grow beyonddesign execution into creative strategy, content marketing, performancemarketing, and brand-building within a fast-growing automotive group. Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Creative & Paid Ads Create high-performing static and video creatives for Metaads, Google Display, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other paid channels. Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing,including different hooks, headlines, visuals, formats, offers, andcalls-to-action. Translate campaign objectives into creative assets thatdrive enquiries, leads, showroom visits, test drives, and sales. Work with the marketing team to understand campaignperformance and improve future creatives based on data. Build ad creatives for different customer segments, such asEV buyers, family car buyers, used car buyers, rental customers, fleetcustomers, and luxury car buyers.
