  • This position will provide onsite technical support, guidance, and training to a varied group of customers and prospects within their assigned region.
  • The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 3 years experience
  • 4+ years Customer Service, Marketing, or Technical/Engineering experience
  • 4+ years customer support functions or field service representative
  • Experience with computerized flight planning
  • Experience with aviation weather reporting systems
  • Experience with aircraft communications (ACARS, SATCOM)
  • Business aviation experience
