This 18-month immersive program is designed to cultivate future leaders of the Aman Group through rotation across operations, finance, HR, and sales.
Participants will gain real-world experience in ultra-luxury property management with a focus on Rooms specialization and business acumen development.
The program includes personalized training through Cornell University partnerships, dedicated mentorship, and culminates in a promotion to Assistant Manager.
