  • The Senior Director, Compliance and Legal Services will lead the global build-out and maturation of a cohesive service portfolio spanning Compliance, Privacy, Legal Operations, and eDiscovery within GBS.
  • This role supports strategy build, drives execution through governance, service management, transformation, and continuous improvement of services, and partners closely with Global Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and IT to deliver reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective services.

Key Requirements

  • 12–15+ years in GBS or related leadership
  • Experience in regulated legal and compliance environments
  • Proven transformation and service scaling
  • Strong financial and P&L management
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD/LLM preferred
  • Relevant certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, IAPP, CCEP, ACEDS, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Experience with SOX, GDPR, global privacy laws
  • Executive-level communication skills
