Kombuki is seeking a Compliance Manager for their Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) team on a 12-month secondment agreement. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting business growth and working collaboratively with various teams

Job Summary

  • This role will support the Head of Compliance Advisory, including coverage of Debt Capital Markets, Global Client Coverage, Capital Structuring, Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Investment Research teams.
  • As a Compliance Manager you’ll support sustainable business growth across IB&M through regulatory obligation and policy advisory, product and business activity review and approval, risk profile challenge and approval, regulatory engagement, and regulatory reform advisory.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in legal, finance or related fields

  • Experience in the Australian Regulatory Environment
