Must-have
Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering Degree
10+ years technical engineering experience
Aircraft system design and prototype testing
Leading technical development programs
Building and leading technical teams
Nice-to-have
Unmanned aircraft system design experience
Foreign Military Sales and Direct commercial sales
Knowledge of foreign military airworthiness processes
Experience integrating foreign vendor teams
Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations
Key Requirements
U.S. security clearance eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering
Proven experience managing technical development projects
Active DoD TS clearance preferred
