Job Summary

• This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of HR technology, managing AI-driven HR strategies, identifying high-impact AI use cases, designing innovative solutions, and building intelligent systems that transform employee experiences and enhance workforce effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• You will work closely with HR leaders, technology partners, and vendors to orchestrate an agentic AI layer and integrate with enterprise platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow, establishing a strong product feedback loop, influencing strategy while delivering cutting-edge AI tools that drive efficiency, personalization, and automation across HR processes.
