The Dietary Director ensures meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs in accordance with physician orders, approved menus, and regulatory standards.
This role involves managing dietary staff, maintaining budget compliance, and coordinating with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The work environment is low to moderate noise level with reasonable accommodations available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Key Requirements
Graduate of approved dietary manager’s course
Minimum one year long-term care dietary experience preferred
Must maintain continuing education and licensing
Good standing with Department of Public Health License and Certification Division
