Legends Global is seeking a Regional Chef to oversee food quality and culinary standards across multiple venues in the central region. The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree, experience managing multi-unit operations, and a strong understanding of food safety practices

Job Summary

  • Ensure food quality, presentation, processes and sanitation, in addition to assisting with implementing standards and consistently striving to improve culinary offerings within the assigned region.
  • The role requires expert knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety practices, menu planning and execution skills for all levels of events and VIP operations, and comprehensive knowledge of food cost control components.
  • This role offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $190,000 plus bonus potential, with a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan.
