Job Summary
Ensure food quality, presentation, processes and sanitation, in addition to assisting with implementing standards and consistently striving to improve culinary offerings within the assigned region.
The role requires expert knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety practices, menu planning and execution skills for all levels of events and VIP operations, and comprehensive knowledge of food cost control components.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $190,000 plus bonus potential, with a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan.
