Job Summary
This part-time position is responsible for assisting F&B with all catering, banquet, and concessions activities in in our multi-venue facility.
Duties include ensuring a successful client event by routine and thorough checking of food standards, room set up and on-time service with the result of client satisfaction.
The role requires assisting the F&B management team with monitoring and managing all staff to assure that all are following ASM GLOBAL & Lake Charles Event Center HR policies & procedures.
