Must-have
Unix/Linux system administration
WebLogic and JBoss configuration
Jenkins and Aldon pipeline experience
SIT UAT and Production deployment management
Shell Scripting and Groovy automation
Nice-to-have
Experience in banking or financial services
Proactive ownership-driven approach
Ability to work in high pressure environment
Familiarity with Oracle Database operations
Windows Server installation experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Strong hands-on Unix/Linux system administration experience
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and container technologies
Prior working experience in banking or financial services environments preferred
