Job Summary

  • The Compass PLUS program provides intensive, wraparound support through geographically aligned care teams for the highest-risk patients in the Mass General Brigham (MGB) Medicaid Accountable Care Organization (ACO).
  • The Compass PLUS Physician will manage a panel of approximately 100 medically and socially complex patients, serving as the PCP of record and acting as a consultant for other patients in the program.
  • Care is delivered mainly in homes and communities, with clinic space available for office-based visits when needed, and there is no evening/weekend call.
