Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse in day-to-day recording and charting of medical or administrative information in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
  • Essential duties include maintaining daily census reports, resident rosters, transcribing physician's orders, and managing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • The position requires exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to apply concepts of fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
