  • Develops and maintains regional response and recovery plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, serves as a primary liaison to regulatory and emergency management agencies, and works closely with leadership to optimize grant funding, establish enterprise standards, and deliver high-quality deliverables, training and exercises that strengthen system‑wide readiness, safety, and security.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare or emergency preparedness
  • Experience with emergency preparedness operations, efforts, and planning
  • FEMA IS 100, 200, 700 and 800, ICS 300 and 400, HSEEP (within one-year)
  • Demonstrated leadership in standards establishment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrates composure, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset
